Considering the remarkable importance of ontological principles in the delineation of philosophical systems and scientific theories, this article aims to present a systematic attempt to establish a theory of justice based on Hikmat Motaalieh wisdom by analyzing the ontological principles of justice in Hikmat Motaalieh political wisdom. On this basis, relying on the method of text-based interpretation and examining the works of prominent philosophers of Hikmat Motaalieh wisdom from Sadr al-Muttalihan to contemporary philosophers of this school, the ontological principles of transcendental political wisdom have been extracted and organized, and their relationship to the issue of justice has been shown. Therefore, by extracting five important principles: "reasonable social system", "purposeful social system", "dynamics of human society", "human society with free will", and "the need of society for justice", these principles have been emphasized to organize the concept of justice. Finally, by combining and formulating these principles, it has been shown that justice in a transcendent political wisdom has a system in which it is defined by the relationship between the ideal human being and the ideal society, and both of these components lead to a just ideal.
