Publication Ethics

All journal contributors including authors, reviewers, the editorial board, and the journal's management, are committed to adhering to the journal's ethical charter and will make every effort to uphold these principles:

Confidentiality Preservation: Authors' identities will remain confidential until publication, and reviewers' identities will always be kept confidential. Only the editorial board and journal administrators will have access to these details and the submitted manuscripts.

Specialized and Fair Peer Review: Decisions regarding the scientific adequacy of manuscripts at any stage will be made without consideration of personal, ethnic, racial, religious, political, or ideological characteristics. All manuscripts will be sent for peer review without disclosing the authors' names.

Compliance with International Anti-Plagiarism Standards: The journal only accepts submissions that result from the authors' original individual or group research. Any form of plagiarism is strictly condemned. Such manuscripts will be archived, their authors blacklisted, and the journal will refuse to consider any future submissions from them. The journal also employs available plagiarism detection and text similarity-checking software. COPE guidelines will be the source of all decisions in these cases.

Respect for Intellectual Property Rights: The journal ensures that authors' intellectual property rights are protected by accurately presenting their credentials and preventing the unauthorized publication of their work by other journals or individuals. Pre-publication access to manuscripts is restricted to journal administrators only. In accordance with copyright policies, authors may download, reuse, distribute, or copy the final version of their articles. However, proper citation and legal referencing are mandatory. Authors retain ownership of their work and hold the copyright to their articles.
