چکیده
به تدریج بر شمار آن دسته از اندیشمندان سیاسی افزوده میشود که خود را با وجهی از مسئله محیطزیست رو به رو میبینند و در مییابند که پرداختن به این مسئله در نظریه سیاسی معاصر ضروری است. اکنون مسئله مندی محیطزیست، به دو صورت به هم پیوسته در ساحت نظریهپردازی سیاسی نمایان شده است؛ نخست در به فهم درآمدن عوامل سیاسی ایجاد مسائل خرد و کلان زیستمحیطی و دیگری در شناخت چگونگی مواجهه سیاسی با آن مسائل. نظریه سیاسی به منزله عامل شکل دهنده روندها، نهادها و کنشهای سیاسی در پیوند با مفاهیم و ارزشهای سیاسی، با این پرسش رو به روست که با چه تمهیداتی میشود توجه به اولویت مسئله مندی محیطزیست را در مناسبات قدرت سیاسی نهادینه کرد. به بیان دیگر، برای نظریهپرداز سیاسی این پرسش مطرح میشود که چگونه باید بر اساس فلسفه سیاسی خاص، مناسبات قدرت را به گونهای "جهت داد" که همواره دغدغههای زیستمحیطی، در جایگاه اولویتی تثبیت شده، در این مناسبات به دیده گرفته شوند. این مقاله دستاورد تأمل و پژوهش به روش تحلیلی- انتقادی درباره وجوهی از کلان مسئله محیطزیست است که حل آنها به نظریهپردازی سیاسی مناسب نیاز دارد.
