Hashemi's government approach to the globalization of the economy and its impact on the government-market relationship in the second decade of the revolution
The main claim of the present article is that after a turbulent decade caused by revolutionary developments and the eight-year war, the new government's new approach to the field of political economy and especially the processes of economic globalization, for the first time in the Islamic Republic of Iran Left on strategic government-market relations; In a way, the consequences of adopting such an approach continue to cast a shadow over Iran's economy and politics. Now the main question of the forthcoming article is "What approach did the Hashemi government take towards the globalization of the economy and what effects did the application of this policy and approach have on the relationship between the government and the market in this period?" The research method is qualitative (causal explanation) and the analysis method is done using data and library-Internet resources. On this basis, first the theory of neoliberalism, as well as the globalization of the economy and its indicators are proposed and then based on this theory, the approach of the fifth government towards the globalization of the economy and its effects on the government-market relationship in Iran in 1991, is examined and tested. .
