Abstract

This article seeks to answer the question while examining the text of Qutbuddin Nirizi's treatise Teb al-Mamalek, which was written during the decline of the Safavie rule: "And what solutions does he suggest to get out of it?" To answer this question, an attempt has been made to examine the selected text using the content analysis method. Therefore, the materials related to the subject of extraction and while categorizing and coding, were placed under the two general headings of causes of decline and solutions to exit the crisis. With this action, the factors in each of these two areas were identified from Qutbuddin Nirizi's point of view and the position of different factors in his thought was identified. Acco rding to the results of this religious world, the factors of degenera tion can be divided into five catego ries: factors related to the general public, factors related to scholars, factors related to sovereignty, environmental factors and also the divine tradition; He also categorized the strategies to deal wit h it into four categories: strategies related to the general public, strategies related to the Religious scholars, strategies related to the government, and finally metamaterial strategies or the same as divine help.
