The survey of this conception is to identify the relationship of digital citizen and it's potentialities and non-potentialities with digital state in current world by suggesting some case studies (such as Coronavirus crisis, genetics, digital city and artificial intelligence), in which, the ways of digital citizen living through digital network of political power will be identified. Thereby, this writing hypothesizes that a new and reciprocal process between digital citizen and state is streaming on, in a way, that state predominantly controls the process. In other word, since the digital state perceives the citizen as a production for state's living, therefore, it tries to convince or coerces digital citizen to follow the existing political network. This research, conducted by library method, through an interactive logic for analyzing the data and in view of historical sociology, has concluded that the relationship of the digital citizen with state involves an evolutionary way, through which, the digital citizen is convinced and complied with the new state in the new era. شهروند دیجیتال مفهومی نوین است که ازیک‌سوی، مفهوم شهروند را در جهانی نوین بازتعریف می‌کند و از-سوی‌دیگر، ارتباط شهروند را با دیگر مقوله‌ها و پدیده‌های جهان نوین را به پرسش وامی‌دارد. بررسی این مهم، باهدف شناسایی مناسبات شهروند دیجیتال و امکان‌ها و ناممکن‌هایِ آن با دولت دیجیتال از رهگذر بررسی مصداق‌های عینی در جهان کنونی (همچون بحران کرونا، ژنتیک، شهر دیجیتال و هوش مصنوعی) موجب می-شود تا راهکارهای بقاء و زیست شهروند دیجیتال در شبکه دیجیتالیِ قدرت سیاسی مشخص ‌شود. فرض نوشتار آن است که باشکل‌گیری امکان‌های دیجیتالی، روندی کناکنشی بین شهروند دیجیتال و دولت دیجیتال به‌جریان می‌افتد که غالبا به‌شکلی هدایت‌یافته از سوی دولت اعمال می‌شود؛ با ‌این ‌توضیح‌ که ازآنجاکه شهروند محصولی برای ادامه بقاء و زیست دولت دیجیتال نیز است لذا دولت با به‌جریان‌انداختن‌ شبکه قدرت مادی و هنجاری و دادن امکان‌های دیجیتالی به شهروند دیجیتال، آنان را متقاعد و متلازم می‌کند تا با شبکه سیاسی موجود همسو شوند. این پژوهش که با روش اسنادی-کتابخانه‌ای و با منطق کناکنشی و با رویکرد جامعه‌شناسی تاریخی صورت پذیرفته، بدین‌نتیجه دست‌یافته که ارتباط شهروند دیجیتال با دولت، حالتی فرگشتی داشته که از خلال آن، شهروند دیجیتال با سازوکارهای جدید دولت هماهنگ شده و به‌همسویی با آن سوق داده شده است. https://piaj.sbu.ac.ir/article_103825_0741f2fd66a7308829bf4ad53232a56e.pdf
