The present article focuses on two levels of systemic and sub-systemic analyses of the international system. This study will examine the following hypothesis:  that in the international system where there are established and emerging great powers with considerable power discrepancy from other powers, economic, political, security and technological relations of all the other actors in the sub system with each great power depends on the relations and dynamics between the two great powers. The findings of this research demonstrate that the international system is in a redistributive state of power relations. In this context, relying on one or some theories in separate frameworks will not provide a proper understanding of the transition stage of current international politics. This research aims to achieve an eclectic theoretical model regarding the sub-systemic effects of the international system dynamics by juxtaposing the presumptions of neo-realism and neo-liberalism paradigms while drawing on the systems theory and subordinate systems. رفتار و روابط قدرت<strong>­</strong>های بزرگ یکی از متغیرهایِ نقش­آفرین در پویش­های سیستمیِ نظام بین­الملل است. این مقاله بر دو سطح تحلیل سیستمی و زیرسیستمیِ نظام بین­الملل متمرکز است و سعی دارد به این پرسش اصلی پاسخ دهد که روابط قدرت­های بزرگ به­عنوان یکی از پویش­های اصلی نظام بین‌الملل چه تاثیراتِ زیرسیستمی دارد؟ فرضیه پژوهش این است که در وضعیتی که در نظام بین­الملل، یک قدرتِ بزرگِ مستقر و یک قدرتِ بزرگِ در حالِ خیزش وجود دارد که فاصلۀ قدرت آن­ها با سایر قدرت­های بزرگ قابل ملاحظه است، روابط کنشگران زیرسیستمی با قدرت­های بزرگ، تابعی از روابط دو قدرت بزرگ با یکدیگر است. یافته­های پژوهش نشان می­دهد که سیستم بین­الملل در وضعیت باز­توزیعِ قدرت قرار دارد. در این زمینه اکتفا به یک یا چند نظریه در چارچوب­های جداگانه امکان درک مناسب از مرحله گذارِ سیاست بین­المللِ کنونی را فراهم نخواهد کرد. این پژوهش بر آنست تا از طریقِ هم­نشین کردنِ مفروضات دو پارادایم نوواقع گرایی و نولیبرالیسم و با بهره برداری از رویکردِ نئو-نئو، نظریه سیستم­ها و سیستم­های تابع، به الگوی نظری مناسبی دربارۀ تأثیراتِ زیرسیستمیِ پویش‌های نظام بین­الملل دست یابد. https://piaj.sbu.ac.ir/article_103824_2b7ea94dfad38b8ed3f68c7a1f5b9a57.pdf
