Journal Article 2022 02 15 Muslim Brotherhood is one of the oldest Sunni Islamic organizations in the Arab world and somehow is the root of all Islamic movements in the Sunni world. After 2011 revolution the Brotherhood took the government for a while. Studying this period, in terms of how the Brotherhood's theories are applied in motto and practice is important. The main question of the article is whether Morsi's government was in accordance with the principles of the Brotherhood. The method of this research is is a combination of historical, comparative and qualitative discourse analysis, and will compare between the political thought of the Brotherhood and Morsi's government. First this article reviews theoretical framework and principles of the Brotherhood's and examines Egyptian society's opinion about the Islamic government. In the next part this article discusses how Morsi's government interacts with different groups and explain Brotherhood current situation then enumerates the theoretical and practical differences and similarities between Morsi's government and the Brotherhood's thought and in the last part this article answers its main question that Morsi's government was in line to reach goals of the Brotherhood, but in its methods it tried to present a different face to the society. Therefore they were looking for an Islamic government But the government's situation and the deep state pressure made it impossible for them to implement the Brotherhood model in practice. <em>اخوان‌المسلمین قدیمی‌ترین تشکیلات اسلامی سنی در منطقه عربی و به‌گونه‌ای ریشه‌ی تمام حرکت‌های اسلامی در جهان اهل‌ سنت است. اخوان بعد از انقلاب مصر (2011) توانست برای مدتی دولت را در اختیار بگیرد. </em><em>مطالعه این بخش از تاریخ مصر، از نظر چگونگی تطبیق نظریه‌های اخوان در شعار و عمل بسیار مهم است. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که آیا حکومت مرسی منطبق بر اصول اخوان‌المسلمین بود؟ روش این پژوهش به صورتی ترکیبی، تحلیل گفتمان کیفی، تاریخی و مقایسه ای است و بین اندیشه سیاسی اخوان و دولت مرسی به مقایسه خواهد پرداخت. در این مقاله ابتدا با مروری بر اصول اندیشه‌ای اخوانی و چارچوب نظری آن، نظر جامعه مصری را در مورد حکومت اسلامی بررسی کرده و سپس به نحوه تعامل دولت مرسی با گروه‌های مختلف و وضعیت فعلی آن پرداخته و در نهایت تفاوت‌های نظری و عملی دولت مرسی و اندیشه‌ی اخوانی را برمی‌شمارد. بخش آخر نیز به سوال اصلی مقاله پاسخ داده می‌شود که </em><em>حکومت مرسی از نظر اصولی با اهداف اخوانی تطابق داشت، اما در شیوه‌ها تلاش می‌کرد وجهه‌ای غیر از آن به جامعه ارائه کند؛ آن‌ها به دنبال حکومت اسلامی بودند؛ ولی شرایط موجود و فشار دولت پنهان باعث می‌شد تا در عمل نتوانند مدل اخوانی را پیاده نمایند.</em> https://piaj.sbu.ac.ir/article_102452_a3cb93ef847b62b89334adb0b63d6f21.pdf
