Most of these challenges are due to the diverse functions of these currencies, which can be replaced by existing structures. One of the important functions of virtual currencies, including bitcoin, is their monetary function. In this regard, the developers of this virtual currency are trying to replace the cryptocurrency structure with the existing monetary structure at the national and transnational levels by creating the necessary contexts within the framework of "alternative theory". Which, given the place of economic change in collective life, can be a source of fundamental controversy in the body politic. Accordingly, answering important questions makes the present study unavoidable. First; Can virtual currencies, including bitcoin, be considered fundamentally conceptual? Second; What will be the face of such currencies with the existing criticisms and what are their monetary advantages? Answering these questions in the context of political systems can be helpful in explaining and examining the real and potential risks to the ruling systems. This is significant not only politically but also security-wise. Accordingly, in the present study, the mentioned topics are analyzed by qualitative method and collection and analysis of library data.ارسال بازخوردسابقهذخیره‌شده‌هاانجمن ارزهـای مجـازی را می تـوان نمونـه ای از فن آوری هـای نوظهـور دانسـت کـه از چالش هـای حقوقی-اقتصـادی بسـیاری بـرای نظام هـای سیاسـی برخوردارنـد. بخـش عمـده ای از ایـن چالش هـا، بـه کارکردهای متنوع ایـن ارزها بازمی گردد کـه قابلیت جایگزینی با سـاختارهای موجـود را دارنـد. یکـی از کارکردهـای مهـم ارزهـای مجـازی، از جملـه بیت کویـن، کارکرد پولـی آنهـا اسـت. در ایـن راسـتا، توسـعه دهندگان ایـن ارز مجـازی در چارچـوب »نظریـه جایگزینـی« در تالش انـد تـا بـا ایجـاد زمینه هـای الزم، سـاختار ایـن رمـزارز را جایگزیـن سـاختار پولـی موجود در سـطح ملی و فراملـی نمایند. امری کـه می تواند با توجـه به جایگاه تحـوالت اقتصـادی در زندگـی جمعـی، زمینه سـاز مناقشـات اساسـی در بدنـه نظام هـای حاکـم باشـد. بـر این اسـاس، تبیین چالش هـای حقوقـی و اقتصـادی ارزهای مجـازی برای نظام هـای سیاسـی انجام پژوهـش حاضـر را اجتناب ناپذیر کـرده اسـت. بدین ترتیب، جهت پاسـخ بـه این پرسـش باید قابلیت پول محسـوب شـدن ارزهـای مجازی را سـنجید، مواجهه چنیـن ارزهایـی بـا انتقادات موجـود را ارزیابی کرد و مزیت هـای پولی آنها را برشـمرد. امری کـه می توانـد در تبییـن و بررسـی مخاطرات واقعـی و احتمالی ایـن فن آوری، بـرای نظام های حاکـم سیاسـی راه گشـا باشـد. بر این اسـاس، در پژوهش حاضر با روشـی کیفـی و گردآوری و تحلیـل داده هـای کتابخانـه ای به تحلیـل مباحث مزبـور پرداخته می شـود. https://piaj.sbu.ac.ir/article_100631_d2dcf2ed7db1678cfdaa5754c462e268.pdf
