It's called the Burton Woods Order. Meanwhile, China's booming economic growth since the 1980s and the adoption of pragmatic economic policies at the international level, especially after the 2008 financial crisis, have greatly affected the global financial and trade and the economic order of Bretton Woods. Examine the dimensions of the impact of the emergence of this new power and its actions on the international financial order. The article shows that China, through its active participation in the liberal world order, has moved to strengthen its position in the international financial order system, which has challenged the dominant position of the United States in the international financial order. Increased influence of China on formal and informal IMF decision-making procedures, addition of the yuan to the fund's Special Drawing Right (SDR) portfolio, widespread bilateral currency exchange agreements with other countries on the basis of the yuan, creation of the Petro Yuan against Petro The dollar and Beijing's active involvement in policymaking in the Group of 20 have been analyzed as evidence of this change in the international financial order, and have shown that the side of the shift in the direction of the gradual emergence of a new international financial order is becoming more prominent. Chinese characteristics are in it, not a fundamental change in the international financial order.}, keywords = {China,United States,International Financial Order,IMF,Group 20}, title_fa = {تأثیر خیزش چین بر نظم مالی بین‌المللی(2008-2018)}, abstract_fa = {پس از جنگ جهانی دوم، ایالات‌متحده آمریکا و شرکای آن‌ یک نظم بینالمللی چندجانبه بر محور فضای باز اقتصادی، نهادهای چندجانبه، همکاری امنیتی و همبستگی دمکراتیک با هدف تثبیت نظم اقتصادی جهانی، تقویت همکاری و حمایت از تجارت آزاد را سازمان‌دهی کردند که از آن با عنوان نظم برتون وودز یاد می شود. در این میان رشد پرشتاب اقتصادی چین پس از دهه 1980و اتخاذ سیاستهای اقتصادی عمل‌گرایانه در سطح بینالمللی، به ویژه پس بروز بحران مالی سال 2008، مبادلات تجاری ومالی جهانی و نظم اقتصادی برتن وودز را به شدت تحت تأثیر قرار داده است که هدف این مقاله نیز بررسی ابعاد تأثیر گذاری ظهور این قدرت جدید و اقدامات آن، بر نظم مالی بین المللی است. مقاله نشان می دهد که چین از طریق مشارکت فعال در نظم جهانی لیبرال، در راستای تقویت جایگاه خود در نظم نهادی مالی بینالمللی حرکت کرده که نتیجه آن به چالش کشیده شدن موقعیت مسلط ایالات متحده در نظم مالی بین‌المللی بوده است. مقاله افزایش نفوذ چین در رویه های رسمی و غیررسمی تصمیم گیری در صندوق بینالمللی پول، اضافه شدن یوآن به سبد حق برداشت مخصوص (SDR) این صندوق، توافقات گسترده مبادلات دوجانبه ارزی چین با دیگر کشورها بر مبنای یوآن،ایجاد پترو یوآن در برابر پترو دلار و حضور فعال پکن در سیاستگذاری در نهاد مالی گروه 20 را به عنوان شواهد این تحول در نظم مالی بین المللی بررسی و تحلیل کرده و نشان داده است که سمت وسوی این تغییر در مسیر ظهور تدریجی یک نظم مالی بین المللی جدید با برجسته تر شدن ویژگی های چینی در آن و نه تغییر بنیادین نظم مالی بین المللی است.  }, keywords_fa = {کلید واژگان}, url = {https://piaj.sbu.ac.ir/article_99943.html}, eprint = {https://piaj.sbu.ac.ir/article_99943_3c08ff39e50ed2de42639f904ffd3f62.pdf} }
