After the coup in 1952, Pharaohs land tried a “republic” government” for thirty years in which Hosni Mubarak was so far away from presidency and unable to satisfy domestic, sometimes foreign, oppositions and lead to his downfall. Mubarak’s ouster marked a challenging times for the Egypt. At first, the events seemed to cut the military power and form a democratic system. However the aftermath events, especially the continuity of turmoil, Mercy’s collapse (the first presidents of Mubarak’s government), increased the uncertainty about the future of the country. The present article is to find barriers of democratic regimes and reasons of military return to Egypt policy. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The researcher believes that the barriers are directly associated with the process of state – nation improvement in this African country. Today, there is no government in Egypt aiming to moves the process forward or it may be due to lack of potentials to overcome the barriers in this regard.}, keywords = {Egypt,State - nation building,territorial satiation,national cohesion and integration,Political stability}, title_fa = {دولت-ملت ناکام در مصر (تحلیل تحولات مصر پس از مبارک در قالب نظریه های دولت-ملّت سازی) )}, abstract_fa = {حوادث فوریه سال 2011 میلادی مصر، بخشی از پویشهای دموکراسی خواهانه در کشورهای خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا محسوب میگردد. اولین پیشبینیها از نتیجه احتمالی سقوط مبارک، حاکی از کاهش قدرت نظامیان و شکلگیری نظام دموکراتیک بود. اما حوادث پس از آن در قالب  ادامه ناآرامیها و سقوط مرسی، فضای تردید را در مورد آینده این کشور دوچندان کرد. بازگشت تدریجی نظامیان به قدرت در قالب انتخاب رئیس جمهوری با سابقه نظامی، محدودشدن و صدور حکم زندان و اعدام برخی از سران مخالفان و انقلابیون به خصوص از جماعت اخوانالمسلمین از نشانههای ناکامی انقلاب 2011 است. مقاله حاضر با بهکارگیری روشی توصیفی و تبیینی و در قالب نظریههای دولت-ملتسازی، در پی یافتن پاسخ این سؤال است که در روند تثبیت رژیم دموکراتیک در مصر پس از مبارک، چه موانعی نقش داشتند؟ به نظر نگارندگان، این موانع ارتباط مستقیمی با پروسه  دولت-ملتسازی در این کشور آفریقایی دارد. در مصرِ امروز، به دلیل وجود موانعی نظیر نبود اجماع در تبیین هویت ملی، خلل در انتقال باثبات قدرت و نیز گستره عمیق و وسیع فعالیت ارتش در مقابل نهادهای دموکراتیک، نه ملت و نه دولت با ویژگیهایی که در ایجاد پروسه دولت-ملتسازی موفق نقش داشته باشند وجود ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {مصر- دولت-ملت سازی,اشباع سرزمینی- یکپارچگی ملی,ثبات سیاسی}, url = {https://piaj.sbu.ac.ir/article_99201.html}, eprint = {https://piaj.sbu.ac.ir/article_99201_ed71f5c83364e2d6e1bb6d06f4e47efa.pdf} }
