چکیده
مفهوم حوزهی عمومی از اصطلاحات مهم و ایدهساز در حوزهی نظری سیاست و نیز مشوقی برای پیشبُرد دمکراسیهای مشورتی یا انجمنی به شمار میرود، اما سیالیت و اغتشاش صورتبندی این مفهوم در نزد نظریهپردازان فلسفهی سیاسی، بازترسیم خطوط اصلی آن و نیز پیوند آن با مفاهیم مهمی مانند امر سیاسی و آزادی را ناگزیر میسازد. از اینرو، نگارنده با اتخاذ رویکرد تاریخنگاری ایدهها که مبتنی بر قرائت متنی است، درصدد برآمده تا با پرسش از چیستی ایدههای حوزهی عمومی، امر سیاسی و آزادی در اندیشهی هانا آرنت، استدلال کند که مفهوم حوزهی عمومی تحت تأثیر مدرنیته و ظهور ایدئولوژیهای تمامیتطلب و جامعهی تودهای که عرصه را بر عمل سیاسی تنگتر میکند، دچار تغییر شده و در نهایت با از میان رفتن چنین حوزهای، امر سیاسی در قالب ایدئولوژی یا باوری متصلب به انحلال امر سیاسی منجر میشود. با درک چنین امری، زمینه برای تقویت مفهوم حوزهی عمومی بهعنوان پیش زمینهای برای بازتعریف امر سیاسی در چارچوب مفهومی انسانی و مبتنی بر دوستی و سرانجام امکان بیشتر برای دسترسی به دمکراسی گشوده میشود.
